Louisiana is a "no pay, no play" state so we do not accept cases where the injured party is not insured.  Also, unless you have UM coverage, we will not accept cases where the at fault driver is not insured.  Why?  Simply because there is no money available to pay for your damages when there is no insurance.

Louisiana is not a contributory negligence state so you can still recovery damages even if you are partially to blame.  However, because of the extreme expenses incurred by our firm in fronting the costs of litigation, we require our clients to be free from fault with the accident.
